By booking or purchasing services from Marissa Lee’s TLC, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information and for adhering to all scheduling and communication requirements. Marissa Lee’s TLC is not responsible for missed appointments resulting from incorrect information or failure to provide proper notice.
All services are provided in good faith and are intended for their stated purpose. Individual results and experiences may vary.
Marissa Lee’s TLC reserves the right to cancel the remainder of any service only in extreme or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to communicate with the client and determine an appropriate next step.
Refunds, Cancellation and Reschedule Request Policy
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Cancellations or requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Notice must be provided by phone or email. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of the scheduled service.
