I began my journey at just 14 years old working at Rita’s Water Ice, where I built a strong foundation in hard work, responsibility, and customer satisfaction. That early experience taught me the value of consistency, attention to detail, and creating positive customer experiences; principles that have stayed with me throughout my career.

Over the years, I’ve taken on a variety of roles within the restaurant industry, including Kitchen Manager and Restaurant Server. These positions have given me well-rounded, hands-on experience in both front-of-house and back-of-house operations. From managing kitchen workflows to interacting directly with guests, I understand how every part of a business plays a role in its overall success.

My passion has always been rooted in delivering exceptional customer service alongside high-quality food. I take pride in helping businesses create environments that not only meet regulations but also leave lasting impressions on their customers. While I hope to open my own restaurant one day, my current focus is on supporting other businesses.
